Alec’s lifelong dream of playing in the NFL has taken him on a journey of highs and lows. He’s seen how a dream can become a reality and nearly vanish in an instant.
His is a story of success shaped by adversity. Facing his deepest fears head on, Alec has forged his way through personal hardship and developed a game plan for others to follow.

Speaking to the leaders of tomorrow has always been Alec’s passion. He has partnered with speaking coach Barbara Pinion Lash to perfect the art of keynote speaking. Together they have created a message to translate Alec’s life lessons to business and educational audiences across the country.
Alec has always kept education as a top priority. Since graduating from the University of Wisconsin with a Personal Finance degree, he’s worked to promote financial literacy among our nation’s youth—especially in communities of need. Moved to make a difference, Alec is now spearheading “Money Minicamp” as a means of teaching financial literacy to students.
In collaboration with fellow pro athletes, Alec has developed a mindset coaching program to help aspiring athletes and business professionals overcome adversity and conquer their goals. The coaches use a powerhouse combination of habits, skills, tools, and accountability to equip dream chasers with the tools for success.
Alec was adopted at birth into a supportive and tight knit-family, and it’s because of this support system he’s been able to chase his dreams. To extend similar opportunities to kids nationwide, he’s partnered with AdoptUSKids to bring awareness to adoption across the US. The one-on-one mentorship is Alec’s favorite aspect of the partnership.

Becomes the University of Wisconsin-Madison Football Team Captain
Named a Big Ten Outstanding Sportsmanship Award Winner
Served as an FCA Madison leader, speaker, and motivator
2019
Signed with the Oakland Raiders as an undrafted free agent
Scored his first career touchdown
Selected as an AFC Pro Bowl Alternate
2020
Chosen as the Las Vegas Raiders nominee for the Walter Payton Man of the Year Award
Scored the first Las Vegas Raiders Touchdown in Allegiant Stadium History
